Poem for me!

One of the wife's students wrote me a poem. Here it is. Although sick, it made my day. I guess I'm tall to just the 2nd graders...

Sundin's gotta go. But who'll take him now? He is the biggest bust in recent team history. Even Messier played well for a season. We have won ONCE since he started playing. Our team is on quite the losing skid. Only Kesler and maybe Burrows have played remotely well. Pyatt is a huge and slow player who needs to get moved as well. That's my rant for the day. I've been lucky enough to go to quite a few games this year...but very few wins! I feel bad for those who have to fork out their hard earned money to watch these goofballs play like that.

English Bay - part 1 2009

It was the first real sunny day in a long time here in Vancouver. We made our usual trek to English Bay.

We saw about $20000 worth of Afghan hounds at Granville Island that one guy was walking. Imagine the grooming bills!

BLACK Friday weekend

We celebrated BLACK Friday by going down to Seattle and attacking the mad lines.
NOT a great deal at FOSSIL

This was the OLD NAVY Lynnwood lineup at 5:30AM. It was super long, and I was confused why there so many people. I found out later that they gave out free Samsung Pebble (not too impressive anyways)

New Kids on the Block concert

Have I not blogged in a MONTH??

We had the opportunity to attend the New Kids concert a little while ago. They were still quite good, even after all these years! They almost sold out the entire stadium. They can still move. It was the most excited I've ever seen GM Place. We literally felt the building shake! Tons of 30 somethings were falling head over heels for these old guys.
