SINGAPORE

We were lucky enough to get bumped up to business class on our Cathay Pacific flight from Bangkok to Singapore (Johann, you reading this?). It was great. Too bad it was only 2 hours. We definitely enjoyed the better food, entertainment, and the fact that you can almost lie down almost completely.
Soon after we arrived, we went to West Mall, the local shopping center near where we stay. The wife had been craving LAKSA, and I had been anticipating my first bowl of ICE KACHANG since 2006. As there are very few tourists in this part of town, the desert lady laughed and wondered why I was filming her:

Ice Kachang #1

Did NOT eat here

We then went to the wife's grandparents place to eat dinner. Grandma makes the best food, and the wife took down some recipes. Our cousins were there, along with nephews. Tomorrow, we'll hit Orchard Road probably, and Vivo City...and, of course, more deserts. Back at home, I'm not a desert guy at all...but here, it's a different story.

As you can tell, I like taking pictures of odd signs.
