It was a very exhilating morning! We went snorkeling again, but it started raining near the end of our trip. First it was pretty light rain. Then, it began to pour heavily. The poor longtail boat driver was soaked. Our hotel was over an hour away, too! He had brought his little 7 year old daughter. We were a bit scared, as the boat rocked quite heavily, and waves were very high. When we arrived, I quickly ran to the room and got him a generous tip...if anyone deserved a tip, it was him. Great driver. He kept stopping when it got too dangerous. This was one birthday that the wife will not soon forget.

We celebrated the wife's birthday today. This cake arrived from the hotel at 8:30PM. The Amari Vogue has been the best hotel so far! She's sporting her new glasses that we bought here in the town of Ao Nang, for a fraction of what it would cost back home!Well, we fly back to Bangkok for one more night. We're staying at the SOFITEL. Looks big. Then we go to SINGAPORE for 8 days. (I missed Alicia Keys performing there by 2 days!)
